The Document Folder the Perfect Closing Gift
Less Expensive than some Closing Gifts, but Just as Thoughtful
At a loss at what to give your clients at closing? Whether they be buyers or sellers, many suggest that you should always give them something to remember you, and to remember the transaction you did with them.
Of course, there is an equal amount of industry professionals who will argue that excellent service is what the Realtor, or real estate professional brings to the table, so why give a client a gift. I will leave that discussion for a later date.

Also, another way to look at it, it gives you a chance to give them something at the end of the closing, and offers a good segue to thank them for their business at the same time.
Plus, many of the available document folders on the market have a business card holder, so you can put your card right there. In the future, when they sell or buy, it may increase the odds of them calling you first.
There are various types on the market, from the less expensive vinyl, to the much more expensive leather, or leatherette. Personally I stick to the vinyl like this one here.
Of course no matter what you choose, it will almost always be well received. Some of the better prices that I have seen have been not from my local Board, but instead through Amazon. Of course in most cases shipped free, direct to your home or office.
