Valentine’s Day Cards for Real Estate Marketing
Surprise your real estate clients and let them know you are thinking about them by sending Valentine’s Day Cards

One of the best ways I have found to keep in touch with my real estate clients is when I surprise them with an unexpected card or gift. A great way that I have used in the past is a Valentine’s Day card.
Of course, if you send Valentine’s Day cards to clients, you don’t want them to have any “romantic” overtures or images, but as you can see, many available are more generic in nature.

Funny Valentine’s Day Cards
One type of card that is a favorite of mine to send not only for Valentine’s Day but any holiday is a funny card. I send these not only for holidays but also anytime that I am thinking about a client, and I think they might enjoy the card and hear from me.
Below are some great funny Valentine’s Day cards you may want to consider.
General Style Valentine’s Day Cards
These types of cards would be the best option for most real estate agents and Realtors. These cards are very generic in their message, without any romantic connotation or thoughts, but still, express your heartfelt message during the Valentine’s holiday season.
Take a look at the numerous options of these Valentine’s Day cards, some even being available in a bulk-order style, which may save you money when sending several to your real estate clients.
Gift Card Style Valentine’s Day Cards
If you perhaps have some clients that you want to wish well during the Valentine’s holiday season, you may like to send them a gift card as well as a greeting.
I can see gift cards being sent to clients you may have missed on your Christmas holiday gift list or perhaps who have sent you recent referral business.
There are many options available for Gift Cards for Valentine’s Day, as you can see below. Which one are you selecting, it’s hard to decide?!
Bulk Valentine’s Day Cards
One of the best ways to save money when sending Valentine’s Day greeting cards or any holiday or special event is bulk-style cards.
Bulk-style greeting cards are usually more generic in their messaging, are often available in fewer styles, and typically save you money per card. Add to that the cost of postage, and it’s a great way to send best wishes to clients without breaking your marketing budget.
Below are some great options for bulk-style cards.
Other Valentine’s Day Gifts and Mementos
If you might be doing a drop-by to your clients, perhaps you want to stop by with a gift of some type?
Like the greeting card, you will want to keep it more generic, but there are many options available, as you can see below.
Another marketing idea to consider is if your clients may have small children, perhaps he or she would like a little gift when you visit. Instead of something boring, you can give them a small Valentine’s Day style gift when you greet their parents.
This idea would give you a reason to do a brief drop-by, but instead of saying you want to give your client’s a gift, you can say that you have a little something for their children.
Your adult clients will love it, and their children, I am sure, will really love that you thought of them on this special day. Plus, it’s a great way to spread goodwill since today’s client kids may become tomorrow’s first-time home buyers!
These are just a few of the many marketing ideas you can use for the Valentine’s Day holiday. Perhaps you have others that you would want to share? If so, drop them in the space below for comments; maybe you can inspire another real estate professional.
If you provide your clients with a gift or card this year, let me know the feedback if you want to share. It’s always good to know how ideas are received in this ever-changing world of real estate marketing. I look forward to reading them.
